AMMI — Delivery Policy (International Orders)


DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and shipping method selected at checkout. All international orders are shipped via DHL Express. For estimated delivery times to your country, please contact us on WhatsApp at the number in the footer of our website before placing your order.

The delivery countdown begins only after payment authorisation by your financial institution and confirmation of your order details. This process can take up to 48 hours depending on your card issuer. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number and shipment status.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Order processing begins on the next business day following payment confirmation;
  • Orders containing multiple items may be dispatched separately depending on stock availability;
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during business hours;
  • Orders may be received by a third party such as a building concierge, household member, or colleague.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are entirely outside AMMI's control.

All customs duties and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. AMMI is unable to predict or cover these costs. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order if you are unsure of applicable fees in your country.

Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond AMMI's control and are not grounds for cancellation or refund of shipping costs.


DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

DHL will make up to 3 (three) delivery attempts on consecutive business days. If all attempts are unsuccessful, your parcel will be held at the nearest DHL service point for collection. Please ensure that anyone authorised to receive your parcel — such as a building concierge or household member — is aware of the delivery and does not refuse it.

If the parcel is unclaimed or refused and returned to AMMI, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order. AMMI occasionally offers special shipping conditions — contact our team for more information.


POSSIBLE REASONS FOR DELAY

  • Recipient absent at the delivery address;
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout;
  • Customs clearance processing in the destination country;
  • Public holidays in Brazil or the destination country;
  • Force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or other extraordinary circumstances beyond AMMI's control.
