1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
This website is operated by AMMI. By accessing or making a purchase at https://ammi.com.br, you declare that you have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms of Service, as well as all complementary policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with any provision, we ask that you do not use the Website or our services.
These Terms apply to all users of the Website, including visitors, customers and content contributors. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to consult them periodically. Continued use of the Website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., an e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services online.
2. LEGAL CAPACITY
By using this Website, you declare that you have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under the Brazilian Civil Code. Persons under the age of 18 may only make purchases with the express consent of their parents or legal guardians.
3. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
- Products available on the Website may have limited stock and are subject to our Returns & Exchange Policy;
- We make every effort to present product colours and images as accurately as possible. However, display may vary depending on your device's monitor, and slight colour variations do not constitute a defect — this is inherent to AMMI's handmade production process;
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products or restrict sales to certain regions or jurisdictions at our sole discretion;
- Product descriptions and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
The information available on the Website is provided for general informational purposes only and may be subject to typographical errors, inaccuracies or outdated content. We reserve the right to correct any incorrect information — including prices and availability — at any time, even after an order has been placed, and to cancel affected orders, notifying the customer through available channels.
5. ORDERS AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information at the time of purchase, including registration details, delivery address and payment information. Keeping this information current is your sole responsibility.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel orders that, at our sole discretion, appear to be placed for resale purposes, show signs of fraud, or make suspicious use of the same address, card or account. In the event of cancellation, we will endeavour to notify the customer by email or phone as provided at registration.
6. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
Prices are displayed in Brazilian reais (BRL) for domestic customers and may be presented in other currencies for international customers, depending on the Website's configuration. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, certified to PCI DSS Level 1 standard. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Prices may be changed without prior notice. AMMI is not responsible for exchange rate differences or fees charged by the customer's financial institution on international purchases.
7. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Website or any part of its content at any time without prior notice. AMMI shall not be liable to the customer or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Service.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available on the Website — including text, images, photographs, logos, trademarks, layout and design — is the exclusive property of AMMI or its licensors, and is protected under Brazilian copyright and intellectual property legislation. Reproducing, copying, distributing, selling or exploiting any part of the Website's content without prior written authorisation from AMMI is expressly prohibited.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or integrate external tools. These resources are provided without any warranty or endorsement from AMMI. We are not responsible for the content, practices or policies of third-party websites. Access to such resources is entirely at the user's own risk.

By submitting reviews, comments, suggestions or any other content to the Website, you grant AMMI the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, edit, publish and distribute such content in any medium, without compensation. 16. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the District of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, with waiver of any other, however privileged it may be, unless applicable consumer protection legislation provides otherwise in favour of the consumer.
17. TERMINATION
AMMI reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's access to the Website at any time and without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms. Obligations assumed prior to termination shall remain valid.
18. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Should any provision of these Terms be deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. AMMI's failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of the right to do so in the future.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Exchange Policy and Delivery Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AMMI with respect to the use of the Website.
